I was out running errands last night and I noticed that the Mobile gas station by my house is selling regular unleaded gas for 4.09 PER GALLON.
What the fuck is wrong with this country that average working FAMILIES spend more on gasoline than they do on groceries per week????
Oh and GREAT idea on that whole hybrid car thing.... it doesnt work for people who drive more than 25 miles.... that means ( for us peeps in this area ) people who live in Boston NY and drive to Buffalo NY CANNOT OWN a hybrid car to save on gas.... so what do we do???? WE HAVE TO PAY THIS INSANE AMOUNT OF MONEY TO GO TO WORK! For what??? to spend our paychecks on gasoline????
Ugh.
Mr. Bush.... you fucked up this country.... thanks for the "stimulus"... but I will be buying a gas card to make up for what this single mom of 3 kids has to spend on gas.
